My name is Katie Neuschwanger and I am a Licensed Associate Counselor in Arizona. Making the choice to pursue therapy can be scary and exciting! I have extensive experience supporting people of all ages (5 years - wise and experienced) while they navigate the world through a neurodivergent lens (specifically ADHD), living with anxiety, depression, and struggles within relationships. I strive to provide a supportive and collaborative environment for personal growth and healing.

My approach is rooted in person-centered and strength-based principles, emphasizing empathy, understanding, and empowerment to help clients build their own unique strengths to navigate life’s challenges and cultivate their hopes and dreams.
